(I've posted these before, but in case anyone missed them.) Lots of Boss stuff here (and you don't have to go through hoops to download them) :

dmeek, lets say I go there, click on B, choose BOSS, then click on Boss PSM-5_SERVICE NOTES Service manual, repair schematics, a new tab (window) opens,if you look on the top right corner of the information box (below the selectable names at the top and to the right of "Your current location > Home > Boss"), there's a link in black lettering that says "download enter", click on it and a new window will open. It says "Please read the following, and then re-download, remember, remember!"
Look below it at #5, "to download the file-download the file". "Download the file" is the link. It will highlight with an underline when you move your cursor over it. Just click it and a save as dialog box will open.

Only if you happen to mouse over the highlighted area, does it go red, and indicate a link.

Be careful about other links on that site though, as I found two 'download links' that take you to places that want to install crap. Both being served by the same "dde.de.drive-files-b.com" with questionable file sizes.

Could just be my paranoia kicking in.. but I learned long ago, when it comes to sites like these, better to suspect first, then eat crow later. Beats having to wipe a system (or spend hours trying to avoid a sys-wipe and picking the virus out by hand).

Agree, but it shouldn't be cause enough to freeze.
I always put the cursor over the suggested link but never ever click automatically.
Always look first at the *actual* link address shown on my status line.
The link displayed visibly inside the page is just a label.
And even so, letīs look at whatīs beinmg offered.
Many times I tried to download a movie, pdf, whatever, which is, say, 25 to 500MB ... and the actual file trying to come into my computer is "same name".exe and often 200 kB to 2.5mB or some similar size.
Too small for any movie and many PDF but perfect for a virus or trojan.
But being aware is a good thing.

This is a situation where booting up a Linux live cd is worth the trouble. They can corrupt everything they want and all you have to do is reboot.

I've snagged a lot of Yamaha manuals from here:

List of YAMAHA User and Service Manuals starting with A - Page 1

It's a pay site but the Yamaha manuals are all free for some reason.
Despite the site name there are many service manuals too.
Organ, synth, pro audio, home audio etc.

Cool find though, thanks for sharing

i have a mountain of boss info, sch service manuals etc.
anything specific people want, PM me & include your email & i will send it
Or start a thread in schematic requests & i will attach it there.

That said, there is lots of boss stuff readily available on the net, a really good resource is electrotanya you have to answer some basic electronics questions to register, but its clean, no virus & a great site.
Enzo recommends it ! (as i understand)
