  • Arion Stereo Chorus Sch-1 schematic request

    This is another pedal (the Arion Stereo Chorus SCH-1) that I did something (not sure what) with a power supply, and the pedal stopped working. Does anyone have the schematic? I would like to try to identify the resistor that I need to replace. Thanks in advance.

    Try this link ...there seem to be a few schematics on the net.

    http://www.hobby-hour.com/electronic...ch1-chorus.php

    R59 is 120 ohm and better check D1 which should go to ground when a jack plug is inserted in the input jack socket.
    That is there so when you unplug the input jack it disconnects the power supply .

    EDIT: Mark Hammers copy can be found via this page (post#4)

      OC Disorder:

      Thanks for the reply. The schematic was helpful. In regard to the diode, the schematic does not specify which one to use, but I have the following: 1n914; 1n4148; 1n4001; 1n4002; 1n34A; 1n4007; 1n4006; 1n270; 1n4003; 1n4005; 1n4002;

      Which one would be the best for this?

        The types are specified on that schematic page: D1 to D6 are 1N4148, ZD5 is 5.1V zener.

          Oh yeah. Thanks. I missed that. I just copied the actual schematic and missed all the details below.

            FIXED!!!! It was the diode. Did not need to replace the R59 resistor. Thanks for suggesting the diode. I was focusing on the resistor.
