Washburn B-200 Bass schematics

• Hello,
  Does anyone know the electrical wiring for an Washburn B-200 Bass.
  It has two Humbucker soap bar pickups, three photis and a 3 way switch.
  The Bass got modified somewhen. Once it was passive with active tone control?
  Now it is pure passive (no battery) and none of the potis work well.
  I like to restore it. Pickups seem to work fine.
  Any suggestions or improved wirings?

I checked the links. Only I did not find a combination btw my pickups and the battery wiring. Hopefully I m not blind ;-)
Some flyer said it was passive pickuped and active tone controlled. How should that work?

DIT .. I gather from your post the "photis" pots = potentiometers = variable resistors don't seem to work properly but both pickups are ok.
From what you have figured out your bass may have had some sort of active eq i.e. a battery powered tone circuit which is no longer there.
Hopefully I'm on the right track..correct me if I'm wrong.
You don't mention scratchy or crackling when you turn the pots so I am assuming there is a possibility when the mystery circuit was added
the pots were changed , as often, an active circuit requires the use of different values .
For instance a typical Gibson humbucker guitar has 500k ohm pots and a typical fender single coil guitar has 250k ohm pots. (k= 1000 thus 250 k = 250,000 ohms).
I have seen some active circuits where the value is as low as 10k.
So maybe the pots were not changed back to the original values when the mystery active circuit was removed.
See if you can see any numbering on the sides of the pots to indicate what value they are .. you may have to remove them to see
To measure them with a multimeter set to ohms you would have to disconnect one of the side lugs/connectors.
Does it look like someone has been in there and resoldered?
