  • Technics SX-PR702 - FX30KM equivalent?

    Hi all,

I am repairing a Technics SX-PR702 keyboard. One of the power amps is blown with a shorted FX30KM P-channel mosfet transistor.
Does anybody have the schematic diagram for this keyboard, or at least a viable equivalent for the FX30KM transistor (RFP8P05 maybe)?

    Thanks in advance!

The manual can be purchased here: TECHNICS SX-PR702 - Service Manual Immediate Download if you are willing to pay $5 for it.

You may contact the manufacturer and ask for the replacement transistor: Powerex Product: FX30KM-06

On Semi crosses the FX30KM-06 p channel mosfet to the 2SJ652-1E.
          P-Channel Power MOSFET, -60V, -28A, 38m?, TO-220F-3SG

          Mouser has 10.

Thanks a lot Jazz P and Mark!

2SJ652-1E do not seem available on my side of the pond, but 2SJ174 may work...

Can you expound on this statement?
                What 'didn't work'?
