The renegade sch shows primary colours for a 4 wire primary, i bet these are the same on yours, 115VAC would be white & black.
Disconnect the secondaries, power up the primary from 115V through a bulb limiter & measure the voltages on all the wires to see what you get. Note there may be some HV secondaries, so do this with care !
I am guessing the two red secondaries are one winding, similarly for the two black wires & two green wires. One will be 6.3VAC one will be around 200 to 300VAC, the other will be around 20 to 50VAC
Some simple checks with an ohm meter (power removed & power supply discharged of course) will tell you which wires are for the same winding. A winding is just a coil of wire & will read as a low resistance when measured with an ohm meter.
Also measure between secondary colours, in case some windings are connected together (unlikely based on renegade sch), but this for now is just a guess.
