Schematic for Peavey PVi8B powered mixer

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have the schematic for this unit? (PVi8B)
I emailed Shanon Lucas at Peavey and the files she sent are only layouts of the boards??!
Unit does not show any power when turned on and both internal 1a slo blo's are open.
The power xformer is good and does have normal voltage output.
Anyone worked on these yet?

Found pierced insulator washer on Q15. It intermittently lost volume and distorted the output signal. With a "technical tap", the mixer started functioning normally. I found the wood screw to be a nice touch. You can see it pushing through the cheap plastic.
