dynacord CMS 1600 Schematic

Hi all

Would anyone have a schematic for a Dynacord CMS 1600?
This is the one with the SMPS.

I have couple of channels down 15volts missing on some op amps.

Brilliant thanks a million.
I managed to get the voltage problem sorted.
I connected I think pin 4 of the op amp with no voltage to one that had voltage through a ten ohm resistor.
Not sure if this is the proper way to do it but it worked!

I still have noise on one channel when I turn the gain up past a certain point noise avalanches through to the master channels.
