  • Samson Live 615 or 612 schematic

    Hi,

I am looking for the Samson Live 615 or 612 schematic. I have two with no output. At least one has a stuck output relay.

    Thanks in advance!

    Had a few come through.
    Typical bad solder job.

Pretty goofy the way the amp is assembled with that 'cage'.

"I am looking for the Samson Live 615 or 612 schematic".
    I tried Samson, no go.
They got picky here of late.
If you are not a Service Center you are out of luck.

Yes, I have had the ones with the "cage", and with solder problems too. But these are different: no cage, different boards and design. I have tried with Samaon without luck (yet).

Sorry, I was thinking of the Auro (with the cage.)

        Start at the begnning.

Narrow it down to the preamp or the power amp.

        Check your power supplies.
A dead + or - 15 volt rail will stop the signal cold.

What output type is being used.

I got the schematic: it is the samed as the L1212, which is on the net.
As I thought, the relay was faulty. Once replaced, the enclosure works fine.
          Thanks!

Don't see it. Elektrotanya link doesn't work.

                  Hello everybody,

I have searched the internet quite a while. I have the same 612M monitors. Both power up but no sound. One was working previously, but needed 10 minutes to "warm up" or wiggling with the xlr cables. No it makes only a electrical "pop" sound if you try to shake the monitor a bit when itīs on. The limit led goes red when this happens. The otherīs problem was that if you would play it too loud, it would go limit mode and mute the signal and only powering it up again would bring back the sound. No that one is also with sound at all.

So the problem is maybe the output relay? Could someone please advice what part to order to replace it? And where is it in those schematics that Nyquist5 gave us? Thank you very much for any help!
