    Per the schematic it looks like V1 preamp tube runs off 12vDC and each half of the filament should have 6vDC. I'm getting 5.17vDC on each. Anyone think this is too low? Customer says he thought the amp wasn't as loud as it was (love it when they say that). But I assured them it's working great... it gets very loud when turned up as the pots keep it quite low till you get em up above 5.

          Mains fuse is integrated in mains socket.
          Look at the schematic

            Are you measuring 'open' on the primary?
            It's possible it has one. Could be a broken or burnt wire near the terminals also.

              I saw that one...customer will drop it off tomorrow..said he replaced the fuse already......made no difference.....
