I looked through my Peavey file & I have a file on the Vip-1 but it is only the power supply.

Thank you JP. I was able to get in touch with a very helpful gentleman by the name of Grant Brown. After addressing a number of issues I now have this amp running except for a minor issue I will address on new thread.Comment
