Here is the link. Check your bias supply and all other voltages at the tube pins. Roughly 460v on pin3, a few less on pin 4 and about -45v on pin 5. There are quite a few versions of that schematic, see if the board has an issue/revision # marked on it. The latest version schematic I've seen for the power amp is issue 7. Some of the component numbers will be different for the different versions.
