I found it. One of those websites that ransoms schematics had it. I tried to
slim down their file to remove their title/intro page, but their file is password
protected. I have mixed feelings about this practice.

Is it ok to post their full file here for future reference?

The downloads appear as the famous "clear.gif" file. Can you correct it?

Someone could fix the problem once for ever. It is clear that the problem is not related to missing files but rather to some error within the forum software. Some record in the underlying database matches the new file and in this case the software incorrectly reports the file as missing. But since the files are newly added, I'm sure they are not missing.
