Is it an Ice Power module?
If so, schematics are secret, not even GK has them.
As of dead modules, they are either replaced in full or sent to Factory in Denmark or whatever.
Either solution very expensive and often a deal killer
Sorry.

All I need is to get the cooling fans running again. The rest of the amp works, but drops in volume because it's overheating. Yes, I've come across lots of equipment that's disposable because we are at an era of planned obsolescence. Needless to say, the client paid about $800 for this thing. I'm trying to convince him to just get an old Peavey Mark III bass head. Those things are cheap, sound good, and indestructible since he gigs on a regular basis.

Peavey rulez!!!
Back to this amp: if that's the only proiblem, you can use Plan B: just add a small 12VAC transformer, a diode bridge and a 1000 x 25V cap and feed that to the fans, either let them run all the time or add a 50C N.O. thermostat in series with them, so it turns on only when needed.Juan Manuel Fahey
