  • Gretsch Chet Atkins Schematic needed .

I'm in search of a schematic for a mid 60s Gretsch Chet Atkins piggyback amp. It has a 1x15 /1x12 cab , two OTs, six tubes in the pre section( one of which is a 6973) , four 5881s. Closest I've found is for a Fury 6169 ,and it isn't the same.

    Thanks folks.

I've been through all these schematics ,and the 6169 is still the closest. This one has no rectifier tube ,and uses a 6973 for the reverb section. (which I finally noticed the 6169 schematic shows) The biggest difference I see so far is the output section. The Chet Atkins 6169 has two separate output jacks. Main ,and Ext. The Fury has one that looks to be paralleled?

Is this the 6169 you are looking at? It has SS rectifier and TRS jack for speakers.
