Fishman SA220 active pa speaker

Good morning to you

I have a Fishman SA220 pa speaker with excessive noise, Coming from the pre amp
This seems to be a common fault as what i read from the net
But nobody has posted the cure

I need a map for this unit, as this would be the quickest way rather than tracing the fault
I have contact fishman directly but i don't expect a reply

i Thought i would give an update. The whole front panel is available from JHS in the uk for £107 inc tax etc
this is a trade price.
i was told that Fishman wont give out the schematic
while confirming that the pre amp is at fault. I noticed that treble pot for channel 2 was not right. Cleaned it and it was better. I tapped it and the noise went away. Replaced the pot all good
