Ampeg SVP Pro preamp schematic

I'm looking for schematic of Ampeg SVP Pro tube preamp. This is version 06A524-11 Rev.2. There is an older version available but it's different in the area of the DI output. And this is what I need to fix - it's extremely noisy.

I have this version but it is not for the preamp I have. I seems that my version is older - from 1996. The difference is that instead of DI transformer there is NE5532 op amp and IC4 (used in DI circuit) is wired differently (with different resistor values). Here are photos of the version I have and the other (I found it in the internet).
