You are not the first soul looking for that schematic.
As far as I know, it has never surfaced.
The Twin 12 had two output transformers, didn't it?
This Silvertone 1474 may help with that:

Here is the 1396. The preamp tubes are 12AX7

Here is a link of other Silvertone amps.
You may find a preamp that is similar.

Silvertone 1485 too
Yours may have octal tubes, but I bet the circuits are real similar. Those amps were never challenging designs, just basics.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

It does have octal tubes. They unfortunately aren't terribly similar and the carbon comp resistors have deteriorated to being mostly unidentifiable. The goal is to make it as close to a stock circuit as possible. Perhaps it won't be possible to verify on this amp. The later models seem to have many differences other than preamp tube type.

I suggest you sit down and trace it out. You'll have it done in an hour or so. Measure the values that you are not sure of. Post the result and there is a good chance we may help to suggestions corrections or different valves where they are in doubt, if needed.Experience is something you get, just after you really needed it.
