nothing showing the filters / trans....
whats going on is a loud buzz (like an un shielded guitar cable) , i can kill it with the MV or pulling V2 / V3 . So its got to be between that 2nd plate and the MV ....but could be a filter cap ??

Do you have a scope? If so, scope the supply to the plates (that V2 node).
Edit: Or, you could temporarily clip a filter cap there to see if the hum goes away.
