Thanks. Got all of those. The BWA comes close. but the switching arrangement for the volume-to-wah conversion would be more helpful.

Slimline pedals were manufactured in Chrome and later in Black.
Owners Manuals and Schematics are same for both versions.

Thanks. That first one could be it. I'll have to take the pedal apart again, and see how the physical circuit corresponds to the drawing. But at first blush it looks close.
