  • Problems with uploading attachments

Do anyone else having problems with uploading files from computer to music-electronics-forum.com?

After Go Advanced/ Manage Attachments/ Add Files/ File upload, attachments does not load.

Is anything wrong with the procedure, or is there anything else to do?

    Thanks for any help.

    I'll try it.

    Upload test.zip

It worked. I'm using Pale Moon browser.

Changing name to "upload test a.jpg" for a test:

Name:	Upload test a.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	964.5 KB
ID:	851581

I tried a test (from IE) and .jpeg & .gif upload o/k.

.bmp and .pdf do not upload.
(not loading a .pdf is a killer!)

Also, if I choose the 'insert image' icon, the .pdf will not upload.
(This is how I usually upload a file)

It was done as it is written.

              But upload does not work.

Apparently I still have to wait until upload does not work.

It looks like it worked. Well, at least I can see the attached image in post #5 and view it full size.

I still can not upload any files from the computer (.zip .pdf)

It's worth a wait that the administrator fixes the problem with upload.

                  Question

I currently using 86.39 MB to store 175 uploaded attachments.

Should I delete an old attachment to free space?

I'm seeing the same issue with .tiff too.

                          Tboy,

I tried to add a jpg file from my computer and it does not work. There was a message that the connection is not secure (http instead of https). Maybe this will help you to solve the problem.

Thanks, that's interesting. I'm assuming that warning came from your browser; which one are you using, and when did it occur during the attempted upload process?

                              Testing! 1, 2,...

EDIT: Nothing. I typically use Chrome. I just tried uploading a new image logged in with Explorer and got the same results. Didn't check my security circumstances yet.
