its a LEAD IV , the pcb is PC5136 ? hard to read the last number

its a 2 channel / 4 input / reverb / tremelo head

thanks ! My amp doesnt look like that and has no graphic Eq. But the power section looks close. Mine has 9800 uf / 100v filters .

If you look at R5 /R6 they go to a terminal like mine , BUT mine has 2K /5w resistors in between r5/r6 and the tb . Is it just a newer / older version ?

Every board has its own number. If 5033 is updated to something new it gets a new number. Are there revision levels? Maybe so, but we start with the board number. Note in the manual above there are preamp boards, ther are power amp boards, and there is the EQ board.
