I hope the PDF is attached! The service info I got was verbal from Peavey tech. Concerned the fact that my problem was probably a surface mounted device. I also can suggest how to open the mixer. Remove the Allen head screws on the top panel and the back bottom edge. Also remove the 3 black screws on the bottom. lift the bottom of the case off. I don't do surface-mount repairs and it would take removal of all the top panel knobs and hardware to expose the circuits . Just have to live with the 1/4" jack output for the left channel. No XLR output.
