What's the voltage on E node? I've noticed almost 100 v difference between 2 ch VL and 3 ch

Twobie, Looks like they're 0.1uf.

You can check out schematics for Laney GH100L, it's the same preamp desing as VL1001, but it's using relay to disconnect that additional stage with ''more'' knob (in thi case it's called ''drive'') reverting it almost to JCM800. I think that someone wanted to convert amp to be closer to JCM800 specs

Yea, that is close . This amp is stock, it looks like I'm the first one in.
