  • Tascam 244 SERVICE MANUAL

I have the schematics, but am looking for the service manual. If it is too big to post here, send me a PM.
    Thanks

It is a substantial book, and a number of 11x17 pages as I recall. Would be a big scan project. If I could get at it, I would just mail you the paper copy...I'll never need it again.

What do you need to know?

Thanks vintagekiki, I had been through those.
Enzo, mainly for disassembly right now, which I can see from that mze link, so no longer urgent.
But it's for one of my 'preferred' guys, so I'd like to have it on hand as I know I'll probably see it again sometime.
There are a few dead links where it has been posted on other forums many years ago, so I thought I'd just check if someone might have the pdf version.

When I get access to my bookshelves in storage, I'll announce it here, so at such time remind me.

G1: Are you able to post or pm me the schematics? Did you ever get a SM?

The schematic part is incomplete. Missing R/P amp, I believe. This is the best quality I could come up with, sorry.

Here is the RP amp. I also have the overall wiring diagram, I'll scan that tomorrow.

dmeek & g1: hugely appreciated. Thx.

My first ever multilayer recording was done on one of these!
