I know, hold your nose. I have one of these where the internal transformer fuses keep popping. I bumped then up from 300mA to 500mA, but I don't know what they were in the first place.

I would suspect that the transformer is bad.

Can you measure how much current the transformer is actually drawing without any secondaries hooked up?

Not at the moment, though I expect it back. I've contacted Behringer and we'll see if they cough up the schematic or not.
