Baldwin 130A Organ, solid state or tube/valve?

Have tried several places to find out if a Baldwin organ model 130A is solid state or tube, Have been asked to service one but not sure if Iwant to. Mickey

Closest I've found is the 130DEC made in the 70s SS. No matter how you look at it an organ can be a labor of love.
But they are fixable, but usually cost prohibitive for most people.
