meridian 557 power amp

hello.
if anyone has a copy of the meridian 557 power amp schematic i would be grateful. I have the 556 but this is a different beast
or if anyone has experience with the 557.
I have contact meridian but so far no reply, can't believe that they will give it out anyway

They only have the user manual there, though they have incorrectly called it 'SM'.

thanks all. I have handed the unit back. Has been elsewhere before me and he has changed shit loads of stuff.
i see it as a box of pain in the butt. told owner to go to a uk firm who are ex meridian engineers.

You did the right thing.
It is especially ungrateful to work after someone's ignorant i unprofessional intervention.
It is first necessary to return such a device to the factory schematics, and then the fault must be rectified and the device bring to work mode.
In addition to requiring a lot of time, it usually requires a lot of specific spare parts, so it is best to refer the owner to factory service support.
Although I am 73 year old, and have almost 40 years of engineering experience, I excellent know what I don't know and I don't take it on repair.

I'm a young 56 Yr old. I don't need crap anymore. Don't mind a job that's been elsewhere. But without the map if its SS..... No
