Schematic Needed for CMI SG 212 Amplifier

I need a schematic for a CMI SG 212 Amplifier. This is from the early 1970s and uses a combination of solid state preamp and tube power amplifier. IMPORTANT! The power amplifier has two hard-to-find 8417 tubes with a 12AX7 phase inverter. ( Not to be confused with a later amplifier which is all solid state.)
