Need schematic for Shure microflex MX393/C cardioid condenser microphone.

This boundary microphone came with the complaint not working. Found wire connections were reversed. After making correctly, still no output from microphone. Little bit search ,nothing came out.I request you kindly help me resolve the problem please share schematic for it. Thanks.

Try contacting Shure Brothers directly to ask if they can provide the documentation.

Are you connecting the mic to phantom power? Also make sure the DIP switches are set properly.
