AIMS at some point was acquired by or had some other relationship with Randall. You could call or email Randall, they probably won't have anything on the amp but you never know unless you try.

Looking at some gutshots of the amp it looks like it might be simple enough to figure out without a schem if you are trying to fix one. I hate doing that too, but sometimes it's all you've got.
