Mesa M3 Carbine schematic

Has anyone ever come across a schematic for the Mesa m3 carbine bass amp? The m9 seems freely available on inter webs.

I traced the M6 power amp section a while back, don't know if it is similar to the M3. I've never found the M9 schematic. If you have it please post it.
