U$ 20 is "nothing" in USA but a lot in many other places.
Might meet or surpass the actual repair fee when converted to local currency.

That said, I have seen A TON of US members here balking about ordering a $3 Mouser or Digikey part , angry at paying $12 postage or similar, so .....
