Guyatone FS-5 Fuzz Wah Schematic

Anybody have the schematics or a really good gut shot of the Guyatone FS-5? I have one where the wiring to the wah switch and wah pot is all jacked up. Thanks!

I had one of these in for repair a few years ago, but I don't recall seeing a transformer like the one in the link. I wonder what this is used for - maybe an octave-up on the fuzz, or is it an inductor for the wah?

I used those pics prior and rewired to the best I can tell. The fuzz portion works but the wah side is all kinds of messed up.
