      nosaj thanks but spd20 and spd20 pro both diffrent products so this manual is not usefull

        Well since you don't share what the problem is , is there not a possibility of some of the circuit being similar?

          this is roland's 2021 model and i dont have warrenty card and i played with the octapad and its get hanged and then .i restarted it and now its showing only blank display

            Try this Roland SPD-20 Initializing the SPD-20 – Restoring the Factory Settings

            The following procedure can be used to clear the internal memory and reload the
            factory settings:

            (CAUTION: All USER information will be lost. Be sure to back up any information
            you wish to keep.)

            1) While holding ALL/ENTER and DOWN[v], turn the power on. “Int” will appear
            on the display.
            2) Press ALL/ENTER to complete the procedure.

                  With the video what I was asking was. IS your problem like the one in the video screen with just blocks. If so I bet you dollars to doughnut the display Ic is the same to the different models.

                    display is ok problem is in mainboard.
