R8a02021bg, cpu of roland fp-7

Hello everyone, I got the shematic of Roland FP-7, it is very useful. Now I found one pin of the CPU not working, this pin send a clock signal to a SDRAM ,but there was no clock signal. Other clock pins of the CPU can send clk signal very well. So i think perhaps the SDRAM chip was damaged. I want a specification of the CPU, the model is ROLAND R8A02021BG, thanks a lot.
