I have worked on a SS Deluxe Tonemaster. I don't have a service manual. Those use an B&O Icepower power supply/power amp module and then Fender's analog/digital boards for the preamp. On the Deluxe we got some info from Fender about a diode on one of the Fender boards that could fail and you would lose one of the voltage rails (3.3V maybe?). It wasn't super common supposably. I don't know if they have service manuals for those as I think they tend to do board replacement on them rather than fixing. The only reason we found out about the diode was that it was a warranty repair and the boards were backordered.
