Looking for a Berhinger Virtualizer Pro DSP 2024 schematic or service Manual

I have a Berhinger Virtualizer Pro DSP 2024 and I need the schematics or service manual in order to check the power supply because do not power on.
Can anybody help me?

I really appreciate your help, but in this diagram the power supply is not included, which is the part that I have to repair, because there is no voltage present in any of the modules.

I found an open primary coil in the transformer of the power supply.
The diagrams do not show the transformer characteristics ( Voltage supplied to the connector X11) terminals 1,2,3 and 4)
Anybody knows this voltages in order to find a replacement transformer?

Are there any markings on the transformer itself (part number, manufacturer, etc.)?
