Behringer X2442USB

Does anyone have a schematic for a Behringer X2442USB mixer? I have one with a bad power supply. I found a schematic for a similar model (https://www.synthxl.com/wp-content/u...Schematics.pdf) but it does not have a schematic for the power supply. It's almost certainly the same one. The power supply is not starting up all the time. The electrolytics have been replaced.

Already did. They're fine. Operation is intermittent. Sometimes it starts up, usually it doesn't. The bulging electrolytics were replaced three years ago. They're fine. I'm beginning to think the TOP245YN is flaky. A schematic would be a great help, if one is available.

The problem was primarily C10 being way out of spec and causing the SMPS not to start.
