monitor audio service manual

good day all, its been a while since i needed a manual..........client has brought me a monitor audio bxw 10 sub. It is oscillating like crazy on the standby psu .......struggling to get the 5v rail stable. Anyone has a manual to help me ......willing to assist me with repair without sharing manual.....please?
