3/4 back on Twin cab?
As long as we're discussing speakers JM mentioned putting a 3/4 cover over an open back cab. What will be the sonic effect of a 3/4 cover on the bottom side of my Fender Twin cab? It arrived to me with no covers so nothing lost by changing. I kinda like sealed back tone a bit better than open

Way better to give it a go yourself, but my take is that the mids become more focussed, like a closed back cab, but without the solid bass thump. My band:- http://www.youtube.com/user/RedwingBand

For those looking for some boot in the bass, one of my customers put a Scumback 65W into his Hot Rod Deluxe. Holey wow, everything started shakin'. Speaker has a noticeable resonance 75 Hz, had to tighten everything down in that cab plus a wood shim crammed under the OT to stop the metal in the middle of the chassis from singing along. I even shaved a good bit of bass by reducing the cap at power amp entry point to 680pF, quite a ways from the original figure. Still plenty of nice warm tone plus some very interesting and ear-friendly overtones when driven hard. This was my first run-in with a Scumback, and I'm impressed. This isn't the future I signed up for.
