Hartke A70 Bass Amp troubleshoot

But: At J10a (Speacker connection) I have 44 V across + and -.

Not clear. Is the output DCV positive or negative wrt amp ground?

I checked transformer and I have +34v from black to blue1 and +34v from black to blue2.

Why +34V? Should be ACV.

Voltage at D12 is +44.8v and at D13 is -44.8v. So it looks like the main rails are OK , I believe?

Supply looks good.

The main rail voltages look good.
The original issue was negative voltage on the output.
And now you have a positive voltage.
What changed?

No negative Voltage
DCV is +45v between junction 1 and 2 on J10a (see the diagram)
