Speaker Wiring

Hey guys
I have a speaker wiring query
I'm building a 2x12 cab, using a WGS Reaper and a WGS Vintage 30, both are 16 ohms
I'm wiring them in parallel (8 ohms), but I also want them wired so that I can use each speaker individually
So I'm enquiring if my diagram is correct to achieve this, if not, could someone correct me?

One jack should open and connect just the single 16 ohm, as does the other single. Then the dual speaker jack connects to both switch contacts connecting to both speakers in parallel.

I used 3 open switch mono jacks to achieve this and it worked a treat
