  • push pull amp that uses a 260 0 260 HV transformers?

    Hi All,
An amp parts blog has a set of Heyboer transformers for sale for reasonable price. The PT has a 260-0-260 HV winding. Ive searched and searched but most push pull amp schematics ive seen use at least 300-0-300, most higher than that. Is there a classic (60's 70's) amp that uses HV winding this low v?
    Thanks
The only good solid state amp is a dead solid state amp. Unless it sounds really good, then its OK.

Googling around seems like that transformer is common for Trainwreck Rocket builds.

Cool, thanks G! Mind if I ask how did you phrase your search? I couldn't get anything.

"Heyboer 260-0-260" found some threads talking about Rocket builds, which I didn't even know what that was, so then did "Heyboer Trainwreck Rocket."
