Anyone ever converted one of these tube amps over for guitar/harp use? The Voice of Music uses 4-6V6s, a 12AX7, and a 5U4GB. The RCA is a pair of EL84's and something else I can't recall right now. I am a newb and know it, so suggestions are appreciated.

They both look like 2 channel amps . You could put one fenderish preamp in front of the 4 6v6 amp but you would have to use 2 speakers all of the time .
You could do the same thing with the el84 amp but find a preamp schematic that has a el84 in the power section . Check schematics heaven.com
You gut them both out and start from scratch which is more fun and time consuming .
