Hello. This is Martin from Poland and it's my first post. I found this thread searching my problem. I'm not an electronic expert just DIY lover. I have the Deluxe reverb reissue with upgrades, PTP board, Magnetic Components transformers, pots and filters. I have a similar problem, very loud buzz. I check the robertamp solution but it doesn't help me. Buzz disappear with special pots' setup, like vol. ch2 2/3, treble 6, channel 1 set to 1 all pots. Do you have ground schematic for deluxe reverb? I 've been working on that since 2 days, it's horrible.
    Thanks for any help.

Check out Doug Hoffman's grounding scheme at Hoffmanamps/EL34 World.

Do you have any photos of your build?

Thank you. I check Dug's page. There are photos. I changed grounding couple times after shot and made an order with cables .
I've just checked Doug's page and ground schematic, thanks a lot. It should help cause I have totally crappy grounding.

So now you have shielded cable going to V1/V2 pins 2 & 7? If not, you should have.

Your grid wires (12AX7 pins 2, 7, 6L6 pin 5) are typically too long, you want to keep these short and physically away from plate wires (12A#7 pins 1 & 6) & heater wires. The grid wires to the power tubes seem to be long & bent at 90degree angles, keep these short and direct, but away from HT wires as best you can.

Basically, plate wires can be long & lie flat to the chassis floor, grid wires are short & where you can, suspend them over the plate wires, they should not run parallel to plate wires.

Thank you. I'll do that and post the results on Monday. Thanks a lot once more.

              Hello.
Thanks a lot for help. It was the heaters grounding, and correct amp grounding
problem. Now it works fantastic. I have a one question about reverb, is it common that I can hear a little bit hum. It's not loud but audible, and when the reverb is on, there is a pop, click when turn the vibrato on ( pop, click depends on reverb volume).

Check the grounding of your tremolo footswitch for that click noise when turning it on. The reverb normally has a little hum when it's turned up. It's from the class A reverb drive circuit which taxes the power supply circuit.

Thanks bro. I noticed also a very quiet high freq. vibrato pulse click. It will not be noticeable at gig, just at home. It was a small ceramic cap in the footswitch jack to ground before I removed the reissue fender circuit .
