It's a 3-pole, the schematic just split it up into two places on the page.
I'd agree that 3-throw suggests a common switching to three different contacts, but we have to call this something, so since it has three positions... And as a slide switch, well, I have seen them with a fancy slide contact with spaces in it and a row of stationary contacts so it can be a slider and still have that common. But mostly slider switches work like this one.
That isn;t the sort of thing I'd expect to find in Mouser. But if it were there, it would be under slide switches. Aren't there 3P3T slide switches in the old AMpegs, like for the Deep switches? They may even be 4P, but that is no problem
