          Check all fuses are intact.
Check power supply voltages preamp TP6, TP5
Check power supply voltages power amp TP21, TP26 to TP29, and the heaters TP24 & TP25 is there 6.3VAC between them
Also check TP22 & 23, you should have DC voltages here, which power the heater of the first preamp tube. If this supply isent there, you wont get any signal past the first tube......

If all ok, inject a signal & follow its path through the amp, where do you lose the signal ?

            all fuses intact. TP 6 -.381 dc TP5- .381
            TP21 -347 TP26 -15.6 TP29- 10.1
            TP 24 -0 TP25- 0 TP 22- 3 TP23-3
I get signal to V1 7 and thats it thanks

Check the voltage on both sides of R31 (shown below V4 on power drawing). You said the power amp was working when you plugged into FX return so the supply side of R31 should be ok. However your TP6 voltage is missing so R31 may be open. Or you may have a bad connection or burnt trace along that path. If R31 is open C15 may be suspect also.

I reread from the top and see that in Post #4 you checked TP13 & 14 and they were missing. To be clear, all voltages are being measured in "run" position, not standby, correct?
So you had voltage at TP21 but not 13 or 14. Aside from the standby switch and fuse, that leaves R52 and R32.

Is that 352 at TP18 or 19 or both?
