You mean 18 I hope, 19 is the fuse side. 
If it burns up again, C26 could be shorted. Also, you may as well check R48,49,50,51 screen resistors. I expect if any of them burnt R52 shouldn't have been affected but it's worth checking. If any of the screen resistors are open, their associated EL84 is probably bad.
No idea how you got tone through the FX return so I decided to forget about that awhile back.
