I wanted to thank everyone for this very informative thread. I just built a Mojotone kit. I spent quite a bit of time researching how I wanted to do the grounding, and this thread was the most helpful. I ended up making a bas bar like Randall describes and am very pleased with how low noise the amp is, as well as how much more organized the guts are with it. I haven't isolated the reverb jacks yet and I may not because so far it seems to be the lowest noise DR I've played.

Where did you connect the bus to the chassis ? I can't see. Did you connect the jack bases to the bus, isolated or no ?

Hi Marc. Sorry I never got notified of your reply.
Just behind and to the left of the Normal channel volume there is a bolt with a ground lug attached.
I did end up isolating the RCA reverb jacks from the chassis and connecting them to the bus. In my case I don't know if it made much difference.

          Ok,
How is your reverb, no noise? Mine is a bit noisy when I turn the reverb pot a lot.

It's funny you ask. It is noisy but not because of the grounding. It's picking up the transformer radiation. It's a normal problem on these amps. I just asked about it here:

I tried to remove and take out the tank to the cab. 50 cm about, but the noise still the same.
The reverb RCA is grounded to the chassis, do you think I better do to isolate it and connect it to the bus?

Have you tried turn the tank in different directions and putting it in different places around the amp? Does the noise change? If it does, it is likely picking up interference. I don't know if isolating the jacks will help. Sorry.

Yes I turned the tank in different directions, the noise doesn't change. But I can't put the tank too far away from the cab because the cables are short. I will try with more longer cables another time .
