Here's an easy circuit, with hopefully a simple diagnosis, but I'm still new at this.

Meter is an Extech EX400 True RMS blah blah blah.

I believe my problem was in the drive channel switch. I was testin it from the back
Side of the board and had sporadic continuity unless I wiggled the switch side to side gently (in the clean setting).
I flooded the switch with contact cleaner, cycled the switch a couple dozen times and called it good for now.
